Air Force Acquisition Support Services
The Professional Acquisition Support Services (PASS) and Engineering Technology Acquisition Support Services (ETASS) contracts provide advisory and assistance services to Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) development, fielding and sustainment of Command, Control Communications, Intelligence and Networks, Battle Management, and Business Enterprise Information programs. Work is performed under individual performance-based Task Orders issued under PASS or ETASS.
PASS supports organizational activities, decision-making, management, program and financial management, administrative activities for AF lifecycle acquisition. Task Orders can also support Government management process or procedure improvements; provide documented information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, and recommendations; and provide training to support operations.

ETASS provides engineering and technical capabilities to augment the Government’s resources. Support includes, systems/specialty engineering and technical support using Government, contractor, and industry processes that encompass the practices and requirements adopted by the AFLCMC Engineering Directorate Air Force Systems Engineering Assessment Model framework.
