We apply traditional and rapid acquisition techniques to support Acquisition Category I/II/III Programs for the AF, Army, Navy and Joint organizations. We prepare analyses of alternatives, acquisition strategies and plans, requirements documents, and Milestone A, B, and/C documentation. We support source selection, develop cost estimates and prepare recommendations. After contractor selection, we monitor contractor performance identifying performance shortfalls and risks.
