Gemini Industries is proud to support the U.S. General Services Administration’s new $1.8 billion Personnel and Readiness Infrastructure Support Management (PRISM) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (“MATOC”) vehicle supports the Department of Defense (DOD) and its need to obtain critical services in a shorter time frame. The PRISM contract provides the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (OUSD P&R) and strategic partners with innovative and cost-effective services through the use of Streamlined Task Order Ordering Procedures (“STOOP”). These procedures result in a significant reduction in acquisition lead time and increased flexibility for the entire acquisition process.
Gemini Industries also provides support to the U.S. Space Force via Hemisphere, a 10-year, $2.5 billion purchasing vehicle to acquire advisory and assistance services to help build and sustain weapons systems for Space Systems Command (SSC). The Hemisphere program is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity program that supports the SSC’s Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power, Battle Management, Command, Control and Communications and mission partners.
Under the Hemisphere IDIQ contract, Gemini will provide program management, engineering, logistics, contracting, administrative and operations support to the government throughout the lifecycle of any effort.
SSC expects its vendors to have experience working on classified space acquisition programs and hold a valid security clearance.
General requirements include program management reviews, training government personnel, security, telework, contract phase-out transition plan and status reports. Advisory and assistance services (A&AS) under the Hemisphere program include lifecycle acquisition and sustainment, cybersecurity, executive acquisition, product support and logistics, contracting, intelligence, facilities and test and operations.
Gemini Industries is delighted to support the U.S. Navy through the SEAPORT NEXT GENERATION (SeaPort NxG) IDIQ. This is the Navy Virtual SYSCOM Commanders', the Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps’, integrated approach to contracting for Professional Support Services (PSS). SeaPort NxG’s electronic procurement of Technical, Engineering, and other professional services represent a key strategy to meeting the Department of Navy (DON) contracting needs. SeaPort NxG preapproves a large & diverse community of contractors through a process called Rolling Admissions. Once approved, contractors bid on work, individually or in teaming arrangements. Simply stated, SeaPort NxG provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation. The Navy conducts rolling admissions to allow new industry partners the opportunity to participate.
