Quality Assurance Program:

Gemini Industries Inc. (Gemini) is a woman-owned small business that affirms the founding elements of quality, innovation, and collaboration as fundamental keys to success. Quality is the highest priority at Gemini. Our goal is to exceed customer expectations. As stated in our Quality Manual, “Our vision is to be the standard to which all others strive.”

Gemini achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification in January 2008 and was recertified in November 2013. Our comprehensive Quality Management System meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 in its entirety. To achieve and maintain quality, we focus on continuous improvement, process control, employee training and continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction through the implementation and use of ISO 9001. We maintain an efficient and effective quality system that is supported with objectives, monitoring, controls, procedures and employee commitment.

Gemini uses many of the same processes of our ISO 9001:2008 management processes to support our contracts. For example, Gemini implements QA and verification processes, such as structured walkthroughs, peer reviews, audits, and compliance evaluations, to develop quality work products. Our processes identify and correct potential issues early in the work product development process, supporting timely delivery. We follow our corrective action process to resolve task and performance issues at the lowest level, expediting resolution and minimizing recurrence so that our customers receive quality and timely engineering products and services. We continuously evaluate and improve our services delivery processes.
